Yogurt is one of our family’s favorite treats and it’s something we always have on hand. I particularly love using Yoplait Gogurt for school lunches (tip: throw a couple in the freezer, put 1 in the lunch box and it’s thawed and perfect by lunch time!) and quick on-the-go treats but my all time favorite is Greek yogurt.
Using Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt in place of sour cream in recipes has saved me lots of calories over the years! ha! And when my sweet tooth is acting up I make a delicious, colorful Greek yogurt parfait instead of a bowl of ice cream or a slice of cake.
Now that we’re officially in Fall I need more Pumpkin in my life so I whipped up a delicious Pumpkin Yogurt. It’s creamy and delicious and a perfect, healthy Fall treat. Simply mix together 1 c. plain Greek Yogurt, 1/3 c. pumpkin puree with 1 tablespoon of honey and a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Hello Fall on a spoon! And the best part is that I don’t have to feel guilty about indulging on this amazing little treat! I also love the fact that I know exactly what is in my Pumpkin Yogurt because I’m the one that put it in there!
