My family and I have decided to go on a diet. Not a crazy one just healthier eating and trying to count our calories. My kids are pretty picky so it’s been hard. I recently bought another brand of yogurt for my daughter hoping she would like it. She wouldn’t eat either flavor I bought ,she said she didn’t like it. ALDI’s told me they have their new Fit & Active line and that I should take a look. We ended up buying the Fit & Active Strawberry nonfat smoothie and she came home from school today and said and I quote” Mom that yogurt was the best, I want to take one to school everyday”. Needless to say mama was proud.
We also bought the Fit & Active Ranch Rice snacks at only 70 calories per serving as well as the Fit N Active Baked Chocolate Chip Wafers at only 100 calories a pack. We’ve only been on the diet for a little over a week but I am so proud of everyone and it seems like they have more energy!
