i'm not sure i'm understanding exactly what you did, but you can only use 1 coupon per item
for example..if i have 3 coupons for $1 off when i buy 3 candle refills
if i buy 3 candle refills i can't use all 3 coupons, i would only be able to use 1 coupon, i think maybe that's what happened here, or maybe i'm confused

the freebreeze noticeable starter kit isn't a good price in my opinion if you still have to pay 3.99 after the coupon. If i remember right they should be on sale in a couple of weeks at cvs for 6.99?? i think..
i'm not familiar with longs coupon policy..some stores let you use 2 coupons when you get one free..
buy 1 lipstick get 1 free..so you buy 2 and use $$ off coupon plus the buy one get one free coupon...that's a big iffy in some stores, some let you do it some don't
I would suggest to email longs corporate and ask about their coupon policy, that way you will know exactly what they will accept.

yes, some places let you do this.
lets say there is a covergirl buy 1 get one free sale
some let you use a buy 1 get one free coupon and a $1 coupon , since it still comes out to 1 coupon per item. These are very iffy, some stores won't even take a buy 1 get one free coupon when they have a buy one get one free sale. Just really depends on the store and the cashier.
