So I went last night to my one free personal training session.

Here is what I am going to do for a week. After that I will switch it up.

First get on the treadmill for 5 minutes. Then get off and sit on one of those balls and use two weights to do curls and then one where I put my arms out. Then take the ball and put it on my back and do squats. I do 25. Then back on the treadmill for 5 minutes this time increasing speed and incline. Then I did the arms again and squats again. Then treadmill again. Arms and squats again. And treadmill one last time.

Then what ever free time I have I do something else. Today I did the crunch machine. Its great because I cant do sit ups because of my injury and I can do that machine!

That's awesome Rachel! I have 20 lbs I'd like to drop as well from the last 2 babies. I have found I get the best result when I do cardio (I hate it though). After about a week I can get up to 45 minutes straight though. I've been meaning to get started again but have trouble finding the time. Want to keep me accountable?

Too bad you did not join the YMCA you could come work out with me. I have been doing high impact water aerobics. It is good for my joints since there is no impact!

I try and go to the gym every other day and the days I do not go I run errands and WALK. Today we did staples and Sam's. We walked around the outer edge of Sam's 3x before we shopped. (It is MUCH cooler inside) Now if I could just kick the soda habit.

I've done the no soda thing for 10 wks before and didn't do anything in terms of my weight...so I'm keeping my Coke! I think I need to start with 10 min elyptical and 15 min of free weights...so tomorrow ask me if I did it! How is your training going?

I didn't do anything! I had a migraine the last 2 days that just slowed me completely down. I started getting them about a year ago and so far the different scripts haven't worked. I'm thinking it may be associated with my birth control and am contemplating having it removed.

Oh no.. I feel for you. I sometimes get the worst headaches. I used to end up at the ER at least once a year for them. I was told you should try Advil, Tylenol, and aspirin. But I would check with your doctor. I hope you start feeling better soon.

Unfortunately I'm allergic to Advil and Aspirin! I know, that limits my options...I have an appointment with my dr. after the holiday so I'm sure we'll get it all figured out.
