Week 1: Create your team
The first step is to gather your teammates. Your team can be as few as 2 people or as many as 6 (everyone must be 18 or older and sign up for the diet individually). Your teammates can be friends, family members, coworkers, church members—whoever will best stick to the plan with you and help you reach your goals. For the next 12 weeks, you and your buddies will follow our easy, fun plan to get you looking and feeling your best.
Once you've gathered your team, schedule one day each week when you'll spend at least 30 minutes being active together. Every week you can all look forward to getting healthier and bonding. Start this week!
Here's a list of activities your team could enjoy. Remember, your weekly activity should last at least 30 minutes: • Tennis, racquetball, badminton—even table tennis
• Bike riding
• Hitting the batting cage
• Bowling
• Working out with a personal trainer (split the cost!)
• Dancing or taking a dance class
• Miniature golf
• Roller skating
• Playing catch or Frisbee
