I have a Dr. appt. today. I think we have solved the headaches though. Now it's time to work on the lower back. It seems once I get one thing fixed, it's time to fix something else!! I think with diet though I can better control this disease. Fatigue is getting to be a prblem also. Oh well I guess I'll figure that out too. I'm just lucky I have a wife that is understanding and kids willing to help.

I spent 7 hours at the Dr. today!!! It was like the perfect storm for me (in a bad way). I had a early appt. so I wouldn't have to wait, but I didn't know the 5 people in before me were new patients!! That takes about 45-60 mins extra per patient!!! Anyway I got home and got to eat (finally) I've never been so glad to have my Kindle and my IPhone so at least had something to do. Anyone who goes to a specialist needs to always plan for the worst and pray for the best!!

Daniel I know how you feel....never fails when I go I think all of OKC must be there. After 4 years now I have just learned that I have to wait....All it does is makes you cranky.....
