Monday was anything but mellow this week! Instead of my usual retail relaxation I was busy moving clothes, furniture and other belongings back into our house. As many of you know we were forced out by flood waters but most of the repairs have been done and we’re back in. So it was mellow thursday this week………
The first place I hit was Crest Foods where I picked up:
* (4) 2-liter Dr. Peppers (on sale for $.88 but had $.55/1 coupons on each)
* (8) Ziploc 4-pk storage containers (were $.99 ea. but had $1.00/1 coupons)
* (6) 2-liters of A&W & (1) 2-liter of &-UP ( we’re $.99 ea. but had $1.00/2 coupons)
Total spent including tax: $5.53! Saved $13.64Next I stopped at CVS and got:
* (2) Pantene Shampoos & (2) Conditioners ( $13.94 total but had $11.00 in coupons & received $4.00 ECB for purchase)
* Schick Quattro for Women ($8.99 but had $4.00/1 coupon and received $4.00 ECB for purchase).
* Gillette Fusion ProGlide ($9.97 but had $4.00/1 coupon and received $5.00 ECB for purchase).
* (2) M&M Pretzel packs ($2.28 but had B1G1 Free coupon and received $1.00 ECB for purchase).
* (4) Olay Regenerist Lip Treatments- Reg. $20.99 on clearance for $5.25 ($21.00 total but had 4 $3.00/1 coupons).
Total: $27.47 – $24.00 ECB (from previous shopping trip) = $3.47 including tax + received $14.00 in ECB for future purchases. Saved $133.05!Then I went to Target:
* (3) pks. of Pampers 72-ct. wipes ($7.17 total but had 3 $2.00/1 coupons)
* 3-pk C9 Socks ($6.00 but had $5.00/1 Target printable)
* Pantene hairspray ($3.49 but had $2.00/1 mfr. & $1.00/1 Target coupon)
* Suave Professionals 2-in-1 ($1.72 but had a coupon for FREE Suave)
Total paid including tax: $2.42 Saved $17.20!I ended my “sanity shopping” Homeland grocery: (did 2 transactions so all my coupons would double.)
* (2) bags of Grande Tortilla Chips (FREE w/doubled coupons)
* (1) pk of New York Texas Toast Croutons (FREE w/doubled coupon)
* (6) Edy’s Ice Cream Cups ($2.00 total w/doubled coupons)
* (2) Pkg. of Ideal Sweetener 50-ct. ($.98 total w/doubled coupons)
* (1) Bottle of Dawn Hand Renewal Dish Soap ($.69 w/doubled coupon)
Total paid including tax: $4.24 Saved $20.98!Grand Total paid: $15.66 Saved $184.87!!Coupons used………
