Well first you can make forts in the house with them and let the kids have fun on a rainy day
you can donate old blankets to a local animal shelter
or a homeless shelter

Thats a great idea, I never thought to donate them to an animal shelter! Thanks for that tip! I have a TON of old blankets that I just cannot bring myself to throw out because we paid good money for them, but I hate for them to go to waste. Thanks so much!!
