If you have a carpet stain that absolutely won't come clean, color over it! Yes, really. Find a crayon that matches your carpet. Color over the stain. Once you're done with your Crayola masterpiece, place a piece of wax paper over it and iron on low heat! The new color will set!

My carpet is multi-colored so I do not think the crayon trick would work for me. I need to get out a stain though. My two year old got into the fridge and got out a carton of Orange Juice and dumped it in the middle of the living room floor while I wasn't looking. Ahhh... Luckily it is covered w/ the coffeetable but I would like to remove that stain. Any ideas?? Thanks!!

i have a big tub of oxiclean powder and it has many uses, one being carpet cleaner. i used it to clean a poop trail and i dont think i can see it at all. im going to try it on my older stains and see if it can get them out too.
