What has changed in the last 20 years that we are all such finicky eaters? And it’s not just our kids that are picky. It’s most of us! I happen to think it’s due, in part, to the wide variety of food we’re able to get at a moments notice with minimal effort, thank you to the drive throughs on every corner and the prepacked foods, all of us just a little more particular about what we’re willing to eat. No, really. Even though I hate the idea of putting all that junk into our bodies it’s been a necessary evil more than once! How many of us have stopped at more than one fast food drive through to please the passengers in our car? How I wish they could combine Chick-Fil-A and Schlotzkys! Anyways!
