Homemade Fire Crackers
3/4 c. Olive Oil
1/4 c. dry Ranch seasoning or 1 packet of Ranch seasoning
2 Tblsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 box Wheat (Ritz type) Crackers
Ranch dressing (optional)
Combine all of the dry seasonings with the olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
Place crackers in a large bowl with a lid.
Pour the olive oil mixture evenly over the crackers then put the lid on the bowl and swirl the crackers to mix. Let sit for 2 to 3 hours, swirling the crackers every 15 to 30 minutes.
Pour the crackers gently onto paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve with a side of Ranch dressing. (optional but highly recommended!)
