Breakfast time! Lyonnaise Sandwich #SeriousSandwich

Breakfast! The most important meal of the day! When I was little, I was a picky eater. I mean I only ate cereal, salad, chicken and pasta. That’s about it. It wasn’t until I met my Husband that I opened my eyes (or should I say mouth!) to steak, eggs, potatoes, rice, beans…etc. There are some foods that I’m still a little leery of, eggs are one of those. I like scrambled eggs, but if the yolks not cooked I normally don’t eat it. But I decided to give Emeril’ Layonnaise Sandwich a try. It was delicious! It was a nice light, fresh breakfast!
