Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Put butter in a 13 x 9 pan and put it in oven until it melts. Spread it around the pan.
  2. Mix flour, milk, eggs and baking soda together until smooth. I usually put all the ingredients in a blender!
  3. Pour into buttered pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until the sides bubble up and start to brown.
  4. Serve with syrup or fresh fruit. Enjoy!

The recipe didn’t say, but, don’t you need to flip them over to “cook” them on the other side like regular pancakes?
