Spiced Pecans

Spiced Pecans
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 4-5 cups pecan halves
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  1. Beat Egg White and water until foamy. Pour over pecans, stirring to coat. Add other ingredients together. Sprinkle over pecans, stirring until all are coated with mixture. Place on a Pam coated cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes, stirring once. Cool on Wax paper.
