Crest Grocery And The $5.00/5 Kraft Coupon

I was in the checkout lane at Crest today and the person in front of me was a fellow couponer.  When she handed the cashier her $5.00/5 Kraft coupon it beeped and was told Crest doesn’t accept printed coupons over $3.00.  She replied, then why do you have peelies on your Kraft items advertising it if you won’t take it?   I thought hmmmmm…. that’s a good question!  After I checked out I went to customer service but the manager was in a meeting so I waited until I got home and gave Crest a call.  I explained to the manager that they had advertisements on their products for coupons they wouldn’t take and that it could cause a little bit of frustration with their shoppers.  She was very surprised to hear of the peelies and promised to check it out for me.

Who knows, we might get to use them!  I’ll keep you updated with what I find out.
