Upcoming October Events at Whole Foods (Oklahoma City)


As I am sure many of you are aware there is a new Whole Foods store here in Oklahoma City.  Here is a list of their upcoming events:

Health Starts Here Talk
Monday, October 17th 
4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm
Looking for ways to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your daily diet? Join Whole Foods for a fun and casual talk about their Health Starts Here program that focuses on eating a plant based, healthy fat, whole food, nutrient dense diet.
Meet Keri in the Bulk section starting at 4:00pm (talks start every 30 min, last talk starts at 5:30pm)

Value Tour
Wednesday, October 19th
10:00am, 10:30am, 11:00am, 11:30am
Looking for a few insider tips on stretching your grocery budget? Meet Keri and Sarah in the Bulk section for a quick and easy Value tour!
Tours start at 10:00am and run for 30 minutes. Last tour starts at 11:30am.

FREE Kid’s Meal Wednesdays!
Wednesday, October 19th
After 5pm
Need an easy dinner solution for the kiddos? Who doesn’t? Buy one adult entree, and get a Kid’s meal FREE! Available EVERY Wednesday after 5pm. Limit one free meal per adult entree purchased. Adult meal valued at $5.99 or more. Child 12 or under must be present.

Hot Deal! Hearth Fired Pizza Night
