Spiced Pecans Recipe

Share This Post :

This is another one of my mother in laws fun appetizers that she makes every year for the holidays. Not only do these Spiced pecans taste good but they give off an amazing aromatic smell of cinnamon and spices in your home. They are perfect for any party, just know there probably won’t be any left over for you to take back home.

Spiced Pecans
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 4-5 cups pecan halves
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  1. Beat Egg White and water until foamy. Pour over pecans, stirring to coat. Add other ingredients together. Sprinkle over pecans, stirring until all are coated with mixture. Place on a Pam coated cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes, stirring once. Cool on Wax paper.
