You have been following along on our journey to switch the “Royal Dogs” to Grain Free dog food. We made the switch to Wellness® Core® dry dog food and I am happy to report that they love it and it’s working out great. This week we decided bring a new fur baby into our home. Meet Chloe! Chloe is a Pom-Chi who was rescued from Tiny Tails Dog Rescue.
She is a very curious little puppy. She loves to play and explore outside. Now is the perfect time to start Chloe on grain free food. Since her little tummy can be sensitive, I want to make sure that what we feed her isn’t going to irritate her tummy. That is why we are going to be feeding her Core® for puppies by Wellness brand. CORE Puppy food has the calories and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) puppies need for development. It’s made from chicken, turkey, salmon oil and fruits and vegetables. I love that there is no grain, corn, soy, wheat-gluten or artificial preservatives, colors or flavors.
During the month of June, Core® dry dog food recipes are $2.00 off at PetSmart®. If you are not using Core, Starting July 6th through the end of the month, Complete Health™ Grain Free recipes are are also $2.00 off at PetSmart®. Also there is still time to print that $3.00 coupon forWellness® Core Dry Dog Food to help you double the savings!
Izzy and Chloe have pretty much become best friends. Since Izzy is a little overweight, I am hoping that making the switch to grain free dog food and having an active puppy in the house will help her become more active and lose a little weight. Boomer still isn’t quite sure about Chloe but I know it won’t take him very long to warm up to her. I love that I can find grain- free options that fit all of my dogs lifestyles and that i don’t have to switch back and forth.
