Here's a few Wal-mart quick facts:
Does not double cpns (they are allowing doubling in a few test areas right now)
Allows overage: for example, if you buy a $.50 item and give them a $1.00 cpn on that item they will either give you the $.50 change or apply the remaining $.50 to the rest of your purchase!
Accepts other stores cpns if they state “manufacturer's coupon” on them and if they are a specific amount off of a specific product. Will not accept $$ off your next purchase cpns.
Price matches identical items from another store's ad. You do not have to bring in the competitor's ad to get the price match.
