I would definitely recommend hot glue rather than school glue. Just put some fun wrapping paper or card stock on the inside of the box. You can create a seasonal box using Christmas or other holiday wrapping paper.
Supplies needed:
- Glue gun
- Hobby Lobby boxed confetti or Dollar Tree confetti (find in store near paper crafts)
- Glue sticks and markers
- Shoe box (preferably a fold together one)
The other idea doesn't even involve a store trip! Just save boxes from Bath and Body Works, or any fun shipping box you end up with.
Note: You can always hot glue heavy weight scrap book paper to the inside of any shipping box for a custom gift box. It shouldn't change the shipping price much at all.
