I don't have a shoe obsession, I have a kitchen gadget obsession! I spend a lot of time in my kitchen making meals that I hope my family will enjoy. If I can find a gadget that will help me cook faster or easier…I've got to have it!

I used a couple of the tools Good Cook sent to create these One Pan Lettuce Wraps. I have to say, these are out of this world good! I've already made them twice! They are perfect Summer comfort food!

One pan Lettuce Wraps!!

Ingredients

1- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup plus 2 T sesame oil
2 T honey
2 T minced garlic
1/4 cup peanuts or cashews
1-2 heads of lettuce

Instructions

Cut the chicken into small bite sized pieces.
In a large pan or wok heat 2 tablespoons of the sesame oil over medium high heat. Add chicken, stir frequently until chicken is starting to brown and add garlic.
In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, sesame oil and honey. Mix together and add to the chicken. Add peanuts. Cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Spoon chicken mixture into lettuce leafs and enjoy!
