If you've never downloaded the Subway app, now's the time to do it. Once you've dowloaded and signed in, you'll receive three $2 credits. It took about 30 minutes for the rewards to show up in my account so be patient. 

The rewards expire October 25th for me which is fine because it's one of my favorite places to eat.
