Chicken Pot Pie Meal for 4 Under $16!

It's Chicken Pot Pie for dinner! With this meal, you'll get everything you need to feed 4 for about $15.

Menu:
1. Chicken Pot Pie
2. Chopped Salad
3. Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Grocery List:
1. Simply Nature Organic Chicken Breasts $6.65 ($5.99/lb.)
2. Bake House Creations Pie Crust – 2pk $2.19
3. Little Salad Bar Chopped Salad (comes with dressing) $2.89
4. L'oven Fresh Hawaiian Sweet Rolls $2.49
5. Can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup $1.26 or Chef's Cupboard Cream of Chicken soup 68¢
6. Can of Happy Harvest Mixed Veggies 69¢

Total: as low as $15.59. We're assuming you already have condiments at home such as butter, salt & pepper etc. – let us know if you changed anything up 🙂

Instructions for Pot Pie: pre heat oven to 360 degrees and bake chicken until done (usually about 45 minutes). Dice chicken, mix with canned veggies (drained) and cream of chicken soup – adding just enough water to make a thick broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Place one of the pie crusts into a baking container and spoon in mixture. Cover with other pie crust and use a knife to vent top. If you have enough crust, use a fork to mash the crusts together around the edges. Bake until crust is golden brown.

BBQ Chicken Thighs Dinner for 4 About $15

BBQ chicken thighs is one of my favorite chicken dishes. When baked slow in the oven the meat is so tender it falls off the bone. With this meal, you'll get everything you need to feed 4 for about $15.

2. Potato Salad
3. Western Style Beans

Pigs in a Blanket Dinner for 4 Under $11!

This one is for the kiddos! This week we found all you need for Pigs in a Blanket with all the fixings for under $10. It will feed a family of 4 and we even included dessert!

* Green Beans (or whatever veggie they like)
* Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Frosting

Total cost: as low as $13.45 (depending on which salad you buy).
