Petco 60th anniversary deals

Petco is throwing a paw-ty all August to celebrate its 60th anniversary—and the Petco 60th anniversary deals are too good to miss. From free birthday treats to 60-cent surprises, it’s time to spoil the fur babies and save big.

Here's the scoop:

Say “It’s My Barkday” on Dogust 1
Kick things off on Dogust 1—the universal birthday for rescue dogs. Just walk into your local Petco and say “it’s my barkday” to score a free treat for your pup from the Treat Bar. Yes, really. Free snacks just for showing up and saying the magic words.

Tasting Events for Pets
Because pets deserve free samples too. Bring your furry foodie to try out tastings from Stella & Chewy’s on August 9 and Instinct on August 23. It’s like Costco for cats and dogs.

Adopt & Save on August 2
Petco stores will host special adoption events with Petco Love and Hill’s. And if you stock up on Hill’s food, you’ll get $10 off when you spend $45 in-store (through Aug. 10) or online (through Aug. 15).

Birthday Bash on August 16
This is the big one! The first 60 customers at every Petco location will snag a free gift bag filled with fun toys and treats in a reusable tote. Plus, select treats and toys will be just $0.60—that’s not a typo.

Spend & Save
From August 3 to 17, score $10 off when you spend $60 both online and in-store. Perfect excuse to stock up on essentials or spoil your pet just a little more.

Bonus Fun
Petco’s pulling out all the stops this year. From dog-friendly movie nights (hello, The Sandlot at Petco Park!) to National Dog Day surprises, August is all about celebrating pets and the people who love them.
