(Feb. 5, 2015) — On Monday, February 9, the Dunkin’ Donuts at 3612 North May Ave. will celebrate its 45th anniversary with a special event.  Also on Monday, all four Oklahoma City metro Dunkin’ Donuts locations will offer its guests $0.45 coffee throughout the day, and feature special 45th anniversary donuts to celebrate the anniversary.

Other participating Dunkin’ Donut locations offering $0.45 coffee and special donuts include 4400 Northwest 39th Street in OKC, 1600 South Sunnylane Road in Del City and 3201 South Broadway in Edmond.

“Dunkin’ Donuts has become a favorite in the Oklahoma City metro area. We love seeing our regular guests, but we also enjoy our work with community organizations year after year,” said Massoud Goli, Dunkin’ Donuts Oklahoma City franchisee. “Over the past few decades, we’ve had the pleasure working with local non-profits groups such as Relay for Life, and plan to continue supporting this great community for years to come.”

The May and 36th Avenue location will celebrate another milestone on Monday, with the 45th work anniversary of longtime local Dunkin’ Donuts crew member Pam Gibson, who has worked for the store since it opened in 1970. Gibson started as a finisher at Dunkin’ Donuts decorating delicious treats overnight. She has grown with the company and now holds a management position.

“Pam is the heart of the Dunkin’ Donuts OKC family. Our guests adore her and always sing her praises,” Goli said. “It is very simple, Pam loves Dunkin’ Donuts, her guests and her work. She has lived in this area most of her life and the community has shown her the same love that she has for them.”
