Hello Consumer Queen,
I have a question about the Kelloggs Avatar Movie Reward. Have you uploaded any receipts yet? If so, did Kelloggs give you One Code for 3 participating products or 1 Credit? I have uploaded 2 receipts so far, each with 3 participating products on each receipt. However, Kelloggs is only giving me 1 Credit not 1 Code. They say I must earn 3 Credits to equal 1 Code then get the $13 movie reward. This would essentially mean you have to buy 9 products to get 1 Code. Note: each of my two receipts contained 3 identical products so it was not because they gave one credit for one product and voided the other two different kind of products. Any insight you can share would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Carol, I’m not sure why you’re having a problem. You should only need to buy 3 participating Kellogg’s products to get a free movie. Make sure what you bought was included on the list. If it was, then I’d contact customer service at Kellogg. Hope this helps 🙂
