Hi Deb, you probably call them. I found number under the contact tab on the website +1 (877) 221-1547, or once you sign up for your freebie you should have an account. You can then gp into your account and cancel. Hope this helps 🙂

We are not the brand we just shared their information, if you look on the site they have a place where you can email them to cancel. It says the bottle is free and that you need to cancel after the first bottle if you don’t want to continue. I hope this helps

The problem about this product, when it’s time to cancel, there is no website to cancel. You get the ran around. I’m having the same issues.

It’s frustrating that they give you almost impossible to cancel. I made call to my bank for. Refund and blocked them from charging me again. It’s really disappointing some of these companies are deceitful
This company is a rip-off. I signed up for 1 free bottle and they have sent 2 bottles and charged my account $33 twice. I emailed them after the first transaction to cancel my so-called subscription and they are still charging me. My next step is to report them for fraud.

Hello do I ordered some Immuneti Vitamis and decided that I only wanted the one bottle, went to cancel my order and could not contact anyone, was told on the recording that they did provide from the number that I called was cont only via internet online, by E- mail only, how deceptive is that, first of all u still cannot get or receive a reply from no one….I’m just feeling some type of way it should not be this difficult to cancel an order…..should not have to feel like this is a forever commitment !!!!!!!
