Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill:
October 31st at participating locations, costume-wearing kids 12 and younger receive up to two free kids' meals with the purchase of an adult entrée. The special is available at locations owned and operated by Doherty Enterprises in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and Long Island. Other locations could have similar specials so check with your closest location.
Baskins Robbins:
Baskin-Robbins will be offering ANY size scoops of ice cream for $1.50 all day on Halloween! Choose from seasonal favorites like Candy Bar Mashup, Pumpkin Pie and Quarterback Crunch.
Bass Pro Shops:

Kids wearing costumes get a free kid’s buffet meal with the purchase of an adult buffet and regular size drink Tuesday. Limit one child per adult purchase.
Chuck E. Cheese:

IHOP:
October 31st from 7am – 10pm, score a FREE Scary Face Pancake for all kids 12 years and under (dine-in only – limit one per child).
Krispy Kreme:
Tomorrow only, head to your local Krispie Kreme in costume for a FREE doughnut of your choice! No purchase is necessary and this offer is good all day – limit one doughnut per customer.

On Tuesday, October 31st, kids in costume can eat free with adult entrée purchase (maximum of two free kids meals per adult entrée), valid dine-in only. Kids meals are for kids 12 and under. If you have more than two kids, an additional adult entrée must be purchased.
McDonald’s:
For a limited time, select McDonald’s restaurants are offering up Halloween Treat Coupon Booklets for just $1-$2 each – price will vary based on the location. Each booklet contains coupons for a free small vanilla cone, free bag of apple slices, free hamburger, free juice or milk and more (coupons expire 12-31).
Outback Steakhouse:
October 31st only, head into a participating Outback Steakhouse where you can score a FREE Dirt Cup dessert with the purchase of any Joey entrée – no coupon needed!

Starbucks:
