There’s THREE workshops coming up you might want to attend with the kiddos. JCPenney Kid’s Zone, Home Depot and Michael’s are offering FREE events that are sure to bring out the creativity in both you and your kids!
JCPenney – Saturday, Oct. 13th from 11:30 – noon
Have the kiddos at your local JCPenney Kid’s Zone between 11:30 and noon where they’ll be able to design their own scarecrow or haunted house! Everything is provided and parents will receive a 10% off purchase coupon valid that day only. We recommend getting there early as there may be a line.
Saturday, Oct. 6th from 1:00 – 3:00pm
It’s a Michael’s Kid’s Party! No need to register for this workshop but I’d get there early to make sure you have a seat. Parent or guardian must remain with child during event. Each child attending will receive a special prize. Head over here for more info on this and other classes. Scroll down to see event.
Home Depot Oct. 6th from 9:00am-12:00pm
In honor of Fire Safety Month kids will be able to build their own fire boat! Once their firefighting vessel construction is complete, you and your child can decorate it with paint and stickers and give it a name. All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last. Children must be present at the store to participate in the workshop and receive the kit, apron and pin.
Head over here and choose your store and sign up now!
If you know of any other free kid’s workshops this month let us know and we’ll add them to the list.
