We have a Playmobil set in a similar size (not this one) and it's SO sturdy. These toys are made to last, and although they may be a little more on the pricy side for a toy, they will provide years of play.
This set is a mini version of Noah's Ark, complete with pairs of animals, Noah and his wife figurines, and more.
Keep in mind Playmobil sets have very small parts, so it's not going to be for any child who may be tempted to put toys in their mouth. The sets are much more life-like than LEGO, which is one reason we love them.
