Protein Powder Flavor Hacks:

If you are wanting to try protein powder or drinks but aren't a big fan of the taste, try these hacks:

  • Blend in half a banana
  • Add a splash of strong brewed coffee- great for the Cafe Latte and the Chocolate flavors!
  • Blend in some berries to the vanilla flavored powder
  • Try coconut milk with chocolate or vanilla protein powder! It sweetens it up!!
  • Add 1 Tbsp sugar free syrup to the Cafe Latte flavor to make your own custom coffee beverage.
  • Use almond milk for an alternative to regular milk if you're not a fan of mixing in milk or water.

Keep in mind, these variations all change the nutrition, and we haven't calculated it. You can do that on your own, or with an app like MyFitnessPal! 🙂
