It can sometimes be difficult to find a good look in men's watches.   This watch does have a stainless steel mesh band, which is a nice feature if you're worried a leather band may break or discolor over time.  It also has a dressier look and feel.  It pairs well with dress and business wear, but can also be worn for daily use.

Another nice feature is that it is rated 30m (3ATM/98 FT) waterproof, so you do not have to worry about it getting wet with washing hands and everyday useage. It is splash/rain resistant, and waterproof for “short periods of recreational swimming”, according to the manufacturer.

We like this features since we are busy and there may be a time someone accidentally forgets to remove the watch before washing dishes or using the hot tub!
