Car Seat Recycle Program Coming!

Target car seat recycle program is back!  April 22 through May 4 OKC Target stores will accept and recycle all types of car seats, including infant seats, convertible seats, car seat bases, harness or booster car seats and car seats that are expired or damaged.

According to Target, just about all their stores will be participating, so if you don’t live in Oklahoma check with your local Target for dates.

Materials from the old car seats will then be recycled by Target’s partner, Waste Management.

Those who trade in their old car seats will receive a 20 percent off coupon. The coupon will be valid on a new car seat, car seat base, or travel system.  It can also be used on strollers or select baby home gear, such as playards, high chairs, swings, rockers and bouncers.

The coupon will expire May 11th.  Click here to find a drop off box at a store near you near you.
