I just tried this deal and Target in Midwest City OK could not find the 16.99 price online, I showed them the price on my phone and they said they could honor online price because they could not find it. And I was informed I can’t use a price match with my Cartwheel so I got it for $10 which is still good but this is the second time this has happen. Has anyone else had this problem? Are you able to price match and use cartwheel?
My target was out, and I got there early . The associate said that they only had 3 in stock when they opened.
