Was it the cashier or the register that wouldn’t allow the coupons?? If it was the cashier I’d take it up with the manager! If it was the register then it was probably the new program they have installed. In order to use coupons on gift card items your total has to come to at least $10.00 AFTER subtracting the coupons you want to use. So if your total (for example) was $20.00 you’d subtract 10.00 = $10.00 worth of coupons you can use. If you had other coupons besides the Glade ones and they scanned these first subtracting from the $10.00 then that may be why the register wouldn’t take any more of the Glade….you only had enough of the $10.00 left to use 1 BOGO free coupon.
