The offer is valid thru 11/7 and is good for anyone 18 years or older. You'll need to present the voucher and your ID to get the free tests.
Once you have redeemed your FREE health test voucher, Walgreens will give you a FREE AARP Membership worth $16 to you or anyone you know age 50 or older. To claim your FREE one year membership or extension, ask the Pharmacist for a membership form when you complete your health tests. Simply fill it out and hand back, or mail it in!
