Pineapple Smoothie recipe:
1/2 small can of pineapple (drained)
1/2 Cup of Yogurt
1 Cup of orange juice
- To make smoothie mixes, drain pineapple put it in a freezer bag. Put ½ cup of yogurt into small ice cube trays and freeze. Once they are frozen put them in the bag with the pineapple.
- To make smoothie grab the bag from freezer. Dump it in the blender. Add 1 cup of orange Juice and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
