Important tip: Don't cook your pasta with sauce as the acid in the tomatoes will break down the protective coating and more carbs will be absorbed. Also don't store the left over pasta in the fridge mixed with the sauce either. It's recommended that you only cook what you will eat at one sitting 🙂
