It’s perfect for when you’re having company too. Most of us have seen this golden cornbread looking casserole at some point. Whether it was at a potluck or a family gathering we all remember knowing it would be gone before the last person got through the line! Sweet Potato Coins Recipe

Year after year everyone has their favorite dishes that get requested, but the one thing that no one asks for is the appetizers and relish tray. They don’t ask because it would be a sin to skip them! There will always be little hands (and probably not so little hands too) wearing olives on every finger! And we all pretend we mind even though we don’t as long as they don’t go back on the tray that is! Someone always says, “You’re still making your sweet potatoes aren’t you?” “Of course I am!” Because no holiday gathering is complete without candied yams. Although, come to think on it, I don’t know what the difference between a yam and a sweet potato is. Maybe it’s just where you’re from. Hmm? One day when I have extra time, I’ll look that up.
