Snickerdoodles have been my favorite cookie recipe since forever.
I remember my mom always making them!
What you need:
1 cup of butter softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs cinnamon
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, and eggs together.
Blend in flour, soda, and salt.
Roll into balls. Roll into cinnamon and sugar.
Bake 8-10 minutes
