This Freezer Shrimp Stir Fry is so easy! You literally throw everything in a baggie mix it up and Freeze until you need it! Massage well, to mix all your ingredients together, and freeze until ready to use. You’ll want to use a Freezer storage bag for safe freezing. Write on your bag to saute in a preheated skillet for 5-8 minutes or until heated through. We like to serve over rice.

Easy Ravioli with Cajun Chicken
We’re almost halfway through the year, and I’ve been thinking about how I’m doing on a couple of my New Year’s resolutions. Eating healthier and spending more time with my family were near the top of my list. Now, I’m in no way saying this Easy Ravioli is a “healthy” dish, but it is easy! And that means that it gets me out of the kitchen and into the family room. My solution- I pair it with a green salad and veggies! It’s got a nice flavor with it’s cajun seasoning. Feel free to add a little extra, and kick it up a notch if you like it spicy! Plus, anything I make in my kitchen is bound to have less preservatives and added sugar than eating out so I’m counting that as not only a money saver but a healthier option too.

Our Favorite Chocolate Cupcakes
We all know not all cupcakes are created equal, but it turns out what I’ve always considered to be the top 3 brands run a pretty tight race! I am a fan of the simplicity of cake mixes and love that you can add an extra egg or two, replace the oil with melted butter in double the amount, use milk instead of water, make cookies, dump cakes, slow cooker cobblers. There’s just so many possibilities!
