Dan Aykroyd played Ray Stantz, Bill Murray played Peter Venkman and Harold Ramis played Egon Spengler. The special effects were really good for its time and it had a lot of funny moments in it!

It tells the story of an artificial man named Edward, who has scissors for hands and falls in love with a young woman called Kim (played by Winona Ryder). The young couple must face off against Edward's creator — an old eccentric inventor named Professor Smith — and his aggressive gardener.
6. The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) – What is your favorite holiday movie? If you're a fan of Tim Burton's work, then The Nightmare Before Christmas is a good pick. This Halloween-themed musical tells the story of Jack Skellington, who becomes bored with his job as “Pumpkin King” and decides to explore Christmastown. He discovers that all the residents are preparing for Christmas instead of Halloween and decides to bring this fun idea back to his home town. Throughout the film he tries to understand why people don't want holidays mixed together, but eventually learns from Sally that it's because they have different meanings. The movie was released on October 27th and it features a man who has been dead for 10 years coming back to life because he wants revenge. He puts together a plan to kill all of his victims from his original rampage with the help of some other people that are still alive including Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis). The only way that they can stop this plan is if Michael Myers' sister Jamie (played by Jodi Lyn O’Keefe) can find out how she became evil when she was young like her brother, Michael.

If you are not familiar with them, they center around a no-nonsense grandma who does not take any crap from anyone. In Boo! A Madea Halloween she faces off against evil spirits and monsters in her hometown of Haddonfield, Ohio. It is so much fun to watch this movie because it's just like watching an action blockbuster but with jokes that will have you rolling on the floor laughing.
