On our recent family vacation to San Antonio, we ended up driving from Oklahoma to San Antonio which meant an 8 hour drive was ahead. We stopped by our local CVS Pharmacy to pick up some road trip snacks for the long haul. While I was there, I even scored some FREE paper towels which came in handy just by scanning my CVS ExtraCare card.
You definitely want to make sure you are scanning your card multiple times a week for new coupons. There were several days where we just had such a long day that we were completely exhausted and didn't want to leave the hotel. Luckily since I had brought all of these Gold Emblem snacks, we had plenty of stuff to snack on. One of my favorites was the Baked Wheat Snack Crackers. They were sooooooo good!!!!!! This box did not last long. If you can't tell this picture was taken in the hotel where I had just collapsed on the bed. They sure hit the spot.
