breakfast cookieCookies…For Breakfast?! Don’t mind if I do! I love a quick breakfast in the morning, something I can take with me for those crazy mornings! I recommend making them at the beginning of the week and storing them in an airtight container. Pop them in the microwave for just a few seconds to warm them up and they are delightful! Not to mention healthy too! Packed full of some of nature’s yummiest creations!breakfast cookie dough

These cookies also contain no flour, egg or dairy!

Go ahead, hit the snooze button because you’ve got breakfast cookies to go!

Breakfast Cookies


  • 1 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 1 Cup Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup Craisins
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Pecans


  1. In a medium bowl mix together the oats, bananas and apple sauce. Then fold in the craisins, chocolate chips, and pecans. Mixture will have a slightly gooey texture.
  2. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of batter onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. Let cool and enjoy!
