Yogurt Pancakes!
My kids could live off of pancakes if I let them! So every once in a while we have breakfast for dinner. I love it! Breakfast food is my favorite but hectic mornings normally don't allow for much time to make a good hearty breakfast. Here is a great recipe to make yogurt pancakes. I must admit that I normally just use pancake mix because it easy, but I was shocked at how easy these were to make! And they tasted much better too! When I made the recipe I didn't add sugar…ok, I forgot to add sugar! And they still tasted great. I also like to add things to my pancakes to dress them up alittle. For the kiddos I added some sprinkles…my kids will eat anything if I put sprinkles on it! And for my and my hubby I added some chopped pecans and cinnamon.
Tip- Double the recipe and have enough for a hot breakfast the rest of the week! They also freeze great!
