Strawberry Butter

It's almost Strawberry season! I can't wait! I love going to the strawberry patches with my family and picking our own. My kids always finish with red stained mouths from “sampling” the strawberries. Here's a great recipe to make Strawberry Butter. You can use it on bagels, toast, pancakes, waffles….I think you get the picture! Enjoy!

Cook 1/2 cup diced strawberries and 2 tablespoons sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves and liquid evaporates.Let Cool completely. Blend with 8 tablespoons softened butter.
