While fudge is a great treat all year round, it reminds me of Christmas time and happy memories. This is a fun variation from the traditional chocolate fudge. If you love white chocolate and Oreos, you’ll love this Cookies and Cream Fudge.
Cookies and Cream Fudge
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 (12 oz.) packages white chocolate morsels
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
3 cups coarsely chopped chocolate and cream filled cookies aka Oreos
Prepare a 9x9 square pan with aluminum foil and grease it; set aside.
Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add white chocolate morsels, marshmallow cream, 2 cups crushed cookies.
Stir in morsels until they melt.Pour fudge into prepared pan.
Sprinkle fudge with the remaining 1 cup cookies, gently pressing cookies into fudge.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.Remove from pan and cut into squares.
