Pan friend potatoes is one of my go-to side dishes. It's quick, it's easy, and it's inexpensive! I slice the potatoes about 1/3 of a inch thin and then cut the slices in fourths. Then I season them with seasoned salt, garlic powder, paprika and what ever else tickles my fancy! Add them to a hot pan with some olive oil and cook until slightly crispy. Easy, right?!

Well sometimes they would crisp up they way I wanted them to. So I learned this little trick. After you slice them take a paper towel and try to dab out as much water out are you can.  Then season and cook. This will help them crisp up!

Enjoy!
