It's finally that time. Time for the kiddos to go back to school, back into a routine and back to breakfast! Breakfast has always been my favorite meal.  I love to have a nice big breakfast, but school mornings don't allow time for that. In order for my mornings to run smoothly I have to have everything planned out and ready the night before. I get the kid's outfits laid out. Pack their lunch and plan breakfast .

I'm sure if your family is like mine, most school mornings consist of cereal. My kids like cereal but it gets kind of boring and as a Mom I wonder if it's enough to keep them full of energy for the day. That's why I always try to make sure they have a glass of Tropicana Orange Juice too. Did you know that it's only about  50 cents for an 8oz glass! And it's made from 100% from fresh oranges, 100% pure and natural. A few years ago when I was grocery shopping with my husband we were picking out some OJ. I wasn't paying much attention to anything but the price. I didn't even notice that what I was buying was from concentrate. My husband opened my eyes! He made me buy some Tropicana that is always made  from fresh oranges and not from concentrate. It made such a difference. We've never looked back!

I wanted to share with you what I do to get out of the breakfast cereal rut! You do have time to make a healthy breakfast. It just takes a few minutes. I make smoothie mixes. Then in the morning grab the mix from the freezer. Toss in some OJ and you've got you a delish breakfast for the kids!
