As a side note, did you know chips can be frozen? That's right, I freeze then often when a good sale comes along. Best thing about it, is, you can eat them right outta the freezer as they don't “freeze” they just get really cold.
They'll last for months in the freezer in what I liken to “suspended animation” lol! If you don't like them cold just set them out on the counter until they're room temperature :).
